How do you know whether a network marketing opportunity is right for you? You want to find a company that is at least 5 years old and is debt-FREE. That will mitigate many of the problems you might encounter. We suggest that you apply what we call the 500/50/5/5 test. If you can gain full access to the business opportunity with a debt free company for $500 or less; maintain it with a monthly business cost of $50 or less; earn back your original investment with 5 or fewer customers; and the company is at least 5 years old, it is worthy of your consideration. This standard will allow almost anyone to operate a profitable business without borrowing.
